About

They did a phenomenal job! I didn't realize how dirty my sofa was until it after they guy cleaned it. It looks beautiful and flawless - like it's brand new. When I set up the appointment, I was given a 2-hour window in which my cleaner would arrive. From the first phone call all the way through the cleaning, each person I interacted with was completely professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them

Arrived when promised at the beginning of a 2-hour arrival window. Quote by phone was reasonable but for steam cleaning only. When the tech arrived he honored the steam cleaning quote & also gave an option for steam & shampoo. This was NOT a bait & switch move, as 1. He didn't try to pressure us into the slightly more expensive steam & shampoo service and 2. The more expensive service still lower than other similar companies. We chose the steam & shampoo. The cleaning team worked very hard, which showed in the great results. We would definitely use them again.

Technician did a great job on our carpets! Their rate was reasonable and was on time. Very responsive and responsible. I would definitely recommend Fantastic Carpet Cleaning and will call them for future carpet cleaning. Thank you!
