I had my mattress steamed by Mr. Juergen on 03 01 2019. . He arrived in the window scheduled. He was very cordial and knowledgeable of his trade and was able to answer any questions I had about mattress steaming. My mattress dried over night and it looks clean, taller, and fluffy. My mattress feels new- nice and firm.. Mr. Juergen stated a mattress should be maintained and steamed at least once a year. I will surely keep this up whether by way of professional or self maintenance since there are mattress cleaning kits as well as spot cleaning steamers. Tip: Also mattress covers do help protect your mattress. There are spill proof ones made with organic materials such as terry cloth, microfiber, etc. This will save you some headache in the future.
